EGG BUSTERS

2nd EGG BUSTER:  K/1 STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WASH EGGS WITHOUT BREAKING THEM!

Within a short ten days our chickens had laid enough eggs that it was time to implement the washing phase of egg production.
First we needed a pre-test of sorts. So we went into the kitchen to practice washing eggs that had been hard boiled.   I was totally amazed at how well the K/1 students did with their practice test.   Not one egg was cracked.  Well…. Except for the one egg that I dropped when I was handing it to a student.

Our first test was completed, it was now on to the real thing.  Each student did remarkably well with the fresh eggs!  With that test completed we had filled our first egg carton.

MYTH BUSTED!
