Seniors and Senior Parents:

Publication of the 2019-2020 yearbook, slide show, and senior panel will require:

-Two vertical, head and shoulder shots (no horizontal/landscape images will be accepted)

-Photographer’s release form

Issues have surfaced in the past concerning the use of photos taken outside of school. Therefore, guidelines for senior photos have been put in place. Guidelines are as follows:

-Appropriate senior photos will be vertical, head and shoulder shots

-The clothing in senior photos must follow the school dress code for daytime school hours.

*See the student handbook for specifics of school dress code.

-The clothes must be non-revealing and non-offensive.

-Due to trespassing laws and student safety, USD504 will no longer utilize any picture that is taken on or near railroad tracks or crossings.

-We reserve the right to deny any senior photo if it doesn’t meet the required guidelines.

School pictures were taken in the fall. Seniors will be able to use either their school pictures or photos taken outside of school. If you chose to use a photo other than the school photo, a photographer’s release along with one/both senior photos must be supplied to Mrs. Norris on or before Friday, January 31, 2020. If no senior photos have been turned in by this date, the school photo will be used in all publications. If you bring in two different senior photos, please specify which photo is to be used for the senior panel and which for the yearbook. Both photos will be used on the senior slideshow. No late senior pictures can be accepted.

We appreciate your help in the completion of OJSHS publications.

Absolutely no late pictures will be accepted. Photographs may be emailed or hand delivered to Mrs. Norris. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Angie Norris at
