The summer is upon us and with that begins the summer weights and conditioning program for girls 7th-12th grades at USD 504 schools. It is my belief that the summer weights and conditioning program is a vital component of the overall success of the upcoming sports programs. Showing up regularly shows us that you are invested in becoming the best you can be.” We expect a very productive summer this year and hopefully look forward to seeing you in the gym.
Workouts will begin on Monday, June 8
Summer Workout Schedule:
8:00-9:30 AM 7-12 Girls Weights
(7th and 8th grade girls will not lift heavy weight until they learn proper lifting technique)
There will be no workouts on Friday.
Weights and conditioning will be Monday – Wednesday starting June 8 and running through July 29.
Thursday of each week will be dedicated to opening the gym for basketball skill development 8:00-9:30 AM.

July 14-17 – High School/Junior High Basketball Camp 9:30-11:00
July 18 – High School Basketball Golf Tournament Fundraiser
