Nationally known youth speak Ray Lozano of Prevention Plus, sponsored by the Parsons Elks Lodge, spoke to Oswego Junior-Senior High School students on Tuesday, October 10th. Mr. Lozano spoke about a variety of substance abuse but focused mainly on the harmful effects of vaping. Mr. Lozano's energetic and approachable personality was welcomed by the OJSHS student body.
