Service Valley Charter Academy

We will need to change our archery practice schedule this week . We will have 3D practice on Tuesday and Friday. Bullseye practice will be on Wednesday. Elementary practice will be from 3:30-4:30 all three days. Middle school and high school practice will be from 6:00-7:30 all three days. Anybody that does not have track, baseball or softball practice after school is welcome to practice from 3:30-4:30. There will also be an activity bus available to take students back to Parsons for those that want to stay after school and practice. Please let me know if you have any questions. All these practices will be in the NEHI gym.

We will not have archery practice this week. We will practice over spring break if you can make it. Spring break practice will be Monday thru Thursday 10:00-12:00 and Saturday, March 22 5:30-8:00. We will have our regular practice schedule starting March 24. Practice over spring break will be in the NEHI gym.

Please show up at least 45 minutes before you shoot at our archery tournament tomorrow.

The archery tournament Saturday, March 8 will be held at the Leggett and Platt Athletic Center at Missouri Southern State College. On NASP it gives the address at Leggett and Platt, 3950 East Newman Road, Joplin, MO. When I google the address it gives Leggett and Platt Athletic Center, Lion Pride Lane, Joplin, MO. There is a big parking lot South of Leggett and Platt that we always park in. Please let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to a great tournament tomorrow.

The address for our archery tournament Saturday, March 1 is Lamar Middle School, 202 West 7th Street, Lamar, MO 64759. All of our bullseye shooters shoot in the dome gym in the elementary school. The 3D tournament will take place at Lamar High School

Tuesday: 3D practice @NEHI 3:30-5:00 Wednesday: Bullseye @NEHI 3:30-6:30 Friday: 3D @NEHI 3:30-5:00 This will be the practice schedule from now on unless otherwise notified. Service Valley will practice during school on Tuesday and Thursday. After school on Wednesday until 4:45.

OJSHS Middle School Spring Dance Information When: Friday, March 7th from 7-9PM @ OJSHS What to Bring: For dances, 6th grade is in charge of salty snacks, 7th grade is in charge of sweet snacks, and 8th grade is in charge of drinks. It was an awesome day for our USD 504 archers on Saturday. The tournament was at Joplin High School and would be our 5th tournament of the year. Top 4 shooters in each divisions would be awarded medals and top three teams would win trophies. We could still use some help with concessions, gate workers and possibly announcing for our home archery tournament on Feb. 22. If you are interested in helping with any of these positions please let me know. Once I get all positions filled I will communicate with everyone on what they are working. We really appreciate any help you can provide.
